We are pleased to report 100 % summer placement and a significant increase in new recruiter engagement. Notably 110 new companies, including industry leaders like Zinnia, GlobalLogic, Mokobara, Trailytics, Okaya EV, FedEx and First Cry visited us for the first me. Over 148 companies came to the campus and provided a range of internship opportuni es in various fields, including Banking and Financial Services, Engineering and Durables, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Informa on Technology (IT), and IT-enabled services (ITES), among others.

Placement Process
Our student-driven Corporate Relations Cell, under faculty guidance, ensures a seamless process for students and recruiters.
LBSITM, Indore is India’s first Skill University, which imparts industry-required skills along-with a strong foundation of knowledge to our students. The centres of excellence and learning factories on the campus provide practical training to students to simulate the real-life experience. Our industry partners have actively supported us in designing of curriculum, expert guest sessions, sector-specific mentoring, onsite- visits and interesting Internship projects. This ensures that our students are transformed to job-ready professionals.
Application Process
Through our ERP system, students receive job descriptions and apply through the portal. Applications are forwarded to companies after shortlisting.
Selection Process
Companies conduct interviews online/offline as needed. Our team manages logistics and coordinates with firms for a smooth experience.
Offer Communication
Results are communicated via the Cell. Students join internships:
